As I step into the Core Progression facility at 5:30 AM, the energy is already palpable. The early morning crowd is trickling in, ready to kickstart their day with a personalized workout session. As a personal trainer here, I’m excited to guide them through their fitness journey.

Evening Wind-Down
As the day wraps up, I conduct a few more sessions, including our popular “Core Crusher” class. The satisfaction of seeing tired but happy faces leaving the gym reminds me why I love what I do.
