A Whirlwind Day at Stegall Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electrical

6:00 AM – The Early Bird Gets the Worm

The alarm blares, jolting me awake from a deep slumber. It’s another day on the job at Stegall Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical. After a quick breakfast, I hop into my van and hit the road, ready to tackle whatever challenges the day has in store.

8:00 AM – First Stop: Air Conditioner Repair in Mountain Brook

My first call of the day is an air conditioner repair in the affluent neighborhood of Mountain Brook. As I arrive at the client’s home, they explain that their AC unit has been making strange noises and failing to cool properly. I get to work, inspecting the system and identifying the culprit – a faulty compressor. With my trusty tools and expertise, I quickly replace the component, and the system roars back to life, providing cool relief to the grateful homeowners.

11:00 AM – Tackling an AC Installation in Vestavia

Next up is a full air conditioning installation job in Vestavia. The client has recently built a new addition to their home and requires an updated HVAC system to accommodate the extra square footage. I meticulously plan the ductwork layout and select the appropriate unit size. After a few hours of hard work, the new system is up and running, ensuring every corner of the home stays comfortable.

2:30 PM – Lunchtime Refuel

With a rumbling stomach, I take a well-deserved break and grab a bite to eat at a local eatery. Fueled up and ready to go, I check my schedule for the next job.

3:30 PM – AC Repair in Hoover

The afternoon heat is in full swing as I arrive at a customer’s home in Hoover. Their air conditioning unit has stopped working altogether, leaving them sweltering. After a thorough inspection, I discover a refrigerant leak and quickly patch it up. With the system recharged and running smoothly, the homeowners are grateful for the restored cool comfort.

6:00 PM – Wrapping Up the Day

As the sun begins to set, I complete my final job – a routine air conditioner service in Helena. I clean the coils, check the air filters, and ensure everything is operating at peak efficiency. With a sense of accomplishment, I head back to the office, ready to tackle another busy day tomorrow.

At Stegall Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical, no job is too big or too small. From air conditioner repairs to complete system installations, we take pride in keeping the residents of Birmingham, Mountain Brook, Vestavia, Hoover, Helena, and McCalla cool and comfortable all year round.
